Driving directions: Take Hwy 120 E into Yosemite. Approximately 4 hours from the Bay Area, 5 on a Friday afternoon, depending on traffic conditions. After Crane Flat, take the road toward Yosemite Valley. Turn right on Wawona Road and then left to Glacier Point.

Trail condition: Very good.

Description and other notes: This is an easy hike. It is recommended to everybody who feels in good shape for an easy hike and wants to avoid the crowds from Glacier Point. Also, the views are better here than at the Glacier Point. this hike can be continued to Taft Point (additional 3 miles both ways) or to Yosemite Valley via Dewey and Stanford Points (additional 12 miles one way).
